hi first post on here bought my car from dealer in SRINGBURN Rd in GLASGOW it was in for service 2 weeks ago and was damaged but when i complained to the service manager MARTIN i was as good as told that i was a liar and my car was damaged before it went in for service and also customer service is a joke

Arnold Clark are well know for very poor customer service.
Can I suggest you contact Renault UK customer service about this incident. I would also look a taking them to the small claims court as well.
