specialist renault breakers

I had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with this parts supplier, I found the number in the autotrader and rang to enquire about some parts for my megane II, they said parts were in stock, and would be taken off the car when i got there, so i went over ( 1hour + journey), when i got there i was passed from person to person who told me some of the parts were not in stock and i had been misinformed !!!, was then told to drive to their other yard and waited for 2 hours + for someone to remove my parts, to make it worse they insisted on taking the money for the parts first !! eventually i got one of the parts i required, the second part was given to me incomplete, others they didn't have and i had to make a second journey to collect the part that was missing because they said it was too fragile to post - which i believed when i saw workers around the back playing football with mail ordered parts. all in all a very very bad experience, the worst customer service i have experienced, will never go there again, would rather pay twice more elsewhere !!!
