£60 Down The Drain - Dodgy Sellers!

Bought a rotation spring off a breaker on ebay about 6 or 7 weeks ago. My fault fr not fitting it straight away, but I would have thought someone with 100% feedback wouldn't sell something dodgy. The signs were there though - bogus bids until my best offer was exceeded (private auction), and then the item was offered back to me under a 2nd chance offer.

Anyways, tried to fit it today, and the ribbon is already snapped on it.

Just emailed the guy - I'm not expecting or wanting a refund - I binned the damn thing in anger, but I'm vexed though. Guess I'm just having a rant!
