Yes, some parameters are not available. This is particularly true for the parameters that make no sense for diesel engines. The fuel trim is about adjustments that keep the correct air-to-fuel ratio. In diesels the air is not regulated, so they are always running lean.

I know some parameters are not for diesel, but a fuel trim, being that for a diesel or petrol is same, and it is showing where is it compared to stock programed in ECU, and fuel trim is altered based on air temp, MAP, O2 and other sensors. (just my thought)
