I always think it's worth telling people about good service as well as the reverse so here is my two-penneth on my local Renault main dealer.

I purchased my Megane at approx 5 years old from Jaybee Motors in Banbury last year and while the car has been great there were a few issues to sort under warranty, all of which were sorted efficiently and without question. I've also recently had my MOT and needed 2 new rear tyres to get the car through, they did me a very good price on 2 Continentals (as cheap as using an online fitter) and did the job on a Saturday morning. Needless to say it will be going back there for servicing but it's all good so far so I would recommend using them if you are in the area
